一、Class Opening and Review

Play the game “where in the world?” To review vocabulary about countries of the world.
(利用游戲復(fù)習(xí)關(guān)于國(guó)家的單詞，及其它相關(guān)內(nèi)容，學(xué)生參與性強(qiáng)，避免了枯燥乏味)
3. Quiz(a competition between boys and girls)
i. What's this?
ii. What country is this?
iii. North is up. Where is west?
iv. What country is east of China?
v. What do they speak in this country?
(男女生之間展開競(jìng)爭(zhēng)，能激發(fā)學(xué)生熱情，學(xué)生情緒飽滿，并處于積的學(xué)習(xí)狀態(tài)中，提高學(xué)習(xí)效率)
二、Story :Maddy's Family Photographs
1. Prepare to Read
T: Look at the pictures in the story to establish its context. Have students
discuss the following questions:
(1)Who do you think these characters are?
(2)Are they part of Maddy's family?
(3) Where do they live?
