拔軍姿首先要立正,抬頭挺胸,兩眼目視前方,然后大拇指要貼于食指第二節(jié),兩手必須緊緊地扣在褲子上,中指要緊貼褲縫線,腿一定要挺直,不能有彎曲的趨勢.
其實,光是這些還不算什么,重要的是要保持這樣的姿勢站立很長時間,即使身體上的哪些部位癢癢或是有蟲子之類的生物在身邊飛也不能動彈.
拔軍姿真的很鍛煉人,它教會了我們什么叫毅力,什么叫堅持,更告訴了我們部隊有鐵的紀律,不能因為自己的小動作而影響了整體.
在這里,我想到了那些戰(zhàn)士們,他們是國家的護衛(wèi)軍,更是勇敢、無私的象征.多少個佳節(jié)他們只得在遠方默默地思念著親人,孤獨地在夜空下站崗執(zhí)勤.我不禁對他們產(chǎn)生了崇敬.
學(xué)完軍姿,我們又學(xué)習(xí)了起步走和正步走.其中,給我印象最深的是正步走.當(dāng)我們邁著整齊的步伐,聽著腳落地的整齊的“啪啪”的聲音時,我感受到了集體的團結(jié).因為只有團結(jié)才能使我們的心合在一起,才能使我們踏出那么整齊的正步.當(dāng)我們踏著正步走過主席臺時,我真的很激動,同時我也感受到了身為中國人的那種自豪.
此外,我還學(xué)習(xí)了女子防身術(shù),通過這次學(xué)習(xí),我從一個柔弱的女生蛻變成了一個堅強的'人.當(dāng)我們喊著口號用力打出漂亮的一拳時,真的很有氣勢,這種氣勢足以使在場的每個人為之一振.
軍訓(xùn)生活除了訓(xùn)練,還有吃飯和睡覺等等,沒有軍訓(xùn)過的人可能會笑：“吃飯和睡覺有什么好說的?”可是我要說,在這里的日常生活個家里的完全不一樣.每天早上聽命令起床,絕不能晚.吃飯前要喊番號,晚上要按時熄燈等等.在這里,一切的一切都要軍事化管理,不能有絲毫的馬虎.
這里的條件雖然艱苦,但也教會了我們許多：吃苦的上上境界不是忍,而是甘之如飴.
雖然軍訓(xùn)只有7天,但是這7天足以使我們懂得了生活的真諦.我永遠不會我忘記我得知第一次軍訓(xùn).我相信,在今后的日子里,我會珍惜資源,嚴格要求自己,努力做一名優(yōu)秀的高中生!
