今年寒假我學會了一項運動——滑冰。一進冰場，我就看見了許多人在滑冰，男女老少。有的滑得飛快，仿佛一陣風吹過似的;有的才剛剛會在冰上走路，不過走得又快又平穩;還有的一滑就摔跤，幾乎就不會滑。一看見這場景，我便迫不及待地上前滑了起來。不僅沒滑起來，還摔了個跤。教練看見了，連忙扶我起來，并嚴肅地說：“滑冰雖然簡單，但是不能急于求成啊!還有我有一個小辦法，以后再告訴你。你先穿好冰鞋，然后……”話還沒說完，只聽“撲通”一聲，我又摔倒了。教練一笑，二話不說，就把我拉了起來。雖然那時我心里非常緊張和害怕，因為我害怕摔跤，但是我用了我的老辦法——堅持。試了幾天，我發現根本沒效果，我自言自語道：“原來的成效挺好的，怎么現在不管用了?”教練好像看透了我的`心思，說：“你應該動腦子學滑冰，這就是我要告訴你的小辦法。”我聽了教練說的這番話語，就照著教練說的那樣果然結果出乎我的意料，沒幾天就學會了滑冰。
通過學滑冰的經過，我明白了一個道理：學習任何東西都需要方法和要領，學習知識要積累、掌握方法還要靈活掌握。
