聽大人們說下午要去上海最大的室內滑雪場---銀七星室內滑雪場去滑雪，我們幾個小朋友都高呼“媽媽萬歲!”因為我們長這么大還沒真正見過雪，更別說滑雪了。
一進入滑雪場，我們馬上感覺到氣溫超低的，覺得還真有大人們所說的.“冰火兩重天”的感覺。我們穿上了羽絨服，套上滑雪靴，戴上手套，帶上滑雪板等裝備進入了“冰天雪地”。在這
里，我經歷了“害怕—羨慕—喜歡—戀戀不舍”的四種心理變化。
首先是害怕。剛開始我非常害怕，連穿上滑雪板走路都得一邊走一邊發抖，生怕自己一不小心撞到一個尖尖的地方，把大腿給弄傷了。
然后是羨慕。我看見別人從25米多高的斜坡上滑下來都沒有摔倒，還很熟練地在那兒連續做特技，我看了之后好羨慕了，真希望自己馬上能象他們一樣瀟灑滑雪。
之后是喜歡。在教練的精心指導下，從起步、加速到減速、剎車，我慢慢熟練了滑雪，也漸漸喜歡上了滑雪。我還自告奮勇當起了媽媽的小教練呢!
最后是戀戀不舍。滑雪時間到了，但是我還意猶未盡，就賴著不走。媽媽拉著我的手硬要把我拽回去，我難過的留下了眼淚，媽媽說：“今天太晚了，下次我們還來，而且你想滑多久就多
久，你說好不好?”我破涕為笑說：“好啊，好啊，一言為定!”今天真是一次令人難忘的體驗啊!
