我們許多家庭都有小汽車，但在我們坐在小汽車里準備去旅游的同時，我們的小汽車排出的尾氣，卻在悄悄的給我們身后的霧霾做著貢獻。
在城市的偏遠郊區，一些化工廠正在“大顯身手”，那日夜排放的濃濃黑煙，正在慢慢的融入空氣之中。
在元旦的煙花晚會中，那絢麗多彩的`煙花，那噼里啪啦的爆竹，讓空氣中煙霧騰騰，變得非常混濁，空氣質量急劇下降。這些就是造成霧霾的主要原因，它們在帶給我們快捷方便、賞心悅目的同時，也悄悄地給我們帶來了意想不到的后果。
霧霾的天氣，我們呼吸的是混濁的氣體。空氣中的霾會引起肺炎等疾病。1952年，英國倫敦的那場霧霾似無形的殺手，在短短五天內就奪取了4000人的生命，在之后兩個月內有奪去了8000人的生命。我們由此可見霧霾的威力是多么強大。
霧霾這么嚴重，我們該怎樣防范呢?
我們要出門戴口罩，吃清淡的食品，多喝水。在霧霾天氣中，我們要少開窗通風。而且還要適當的補充維生素D。當你從外邊回到室內，要洗手、洗臉、漱口。而且一定要減少室外活動。如果一定要運動運動的話，可以做室內操。
我們要的是清新的空氣，要的是健康的體魄。請不要以犧牲健康為代價，而換來所謂的美好生活。少開車，綠色出行，多種樹，保護森林。治霧霾，從我做起。
