Everybody is good!
The title of my speech today is "unity cooperation, create a better future!
"Unity is strength, unity is strength, the strength is iron, steel is that......" Comrades, when we were as a child, the teacher taught us to sing this song "unity is strength", but at this moment, the song rings in my ears again, because we swap unity, unity is everywhere.
Great writer Lev Tolstoy once said: "personal leave society could not have happiness, just as plants away from land abandoned to could not survive in the desert." Famous philosopher Schopenhauer once said: "a single man is weak, just like drifting Robinson, only together with others, many to finish his career". There are a lot of famous people to unite different interpretations of the word, in the face of these famous quotations, how can we ignore the importance of unity and cooperation.
So, how should we achieve unity cooperation? First, we need to do a word - kernel. What is "benevolence"? 今天我演講的題目是《團結協作，共創未來》!
“團結就是力量，團結就是力量，這力量是鐵，這力量是鋼……”同志們，當我們還是孩提時，老師就教我們唱這首《團結就是力量》的歌，而此時此刻，這首歌再次在我的耳邊響起，因為我們互換團結，團結無處不在。
偉大的文學家列夫.托爾斯泰說過：“個人離開社會不可能得到幸福，正如植物離開土地而被拋棄到荒漠里不可能生存一樣。”著名哲學家叔本華也曾說過：“單個的.人是軟弱無力的，就像漂流的魯賓遜一樣，只有同別人在一起，他才能完成許多事業”。還有好多的名人都對團結這個詞作出不同的解釋，面對這些名人名言，我們又怎能忽視團結協作的重要性。
那么，我們到底應該怎樣做到團結協作呢?首先，我們需要做到一個字――仁。“仁”又是什么呢?有人將“仁”分解成“人”和“二”，這便解釋了“仁”由人而來，只有人與人之間互相關心愛護，才能稱得上擁有一顆仁愛之心。不過，這里的“仁”，并不是指朋友之間的義氣，也不是說不論黑白的幫助或是支持，而是與同事之間的相互協助，當同事遇到困難時，我們要伸出援助之手，當同事彷徨時，我們要給予正確的分析，我們需要時刻樹立仁愛的思想。
團結協作的廣大寓意又何止仁愛，在工作中，我們要怎樣才能把團結協作精神發揚得更好呢?
此時此刻，我斗膽發表我的愚見，首先，我們要建立和諧的信賴關系，營造良好的人際氛圍。有心理學家曾經做過這樣的分析：如果我們能與同事、領導形成和諧的信賴關系，我們相處的氣氛就會融洽，那么就會形成相互尊重、相互理解的工作氛圍，也會打造出友好寬松的工作環境。再者，我們要積極參加各種集體活動，增強團結協作精神。因為參加集體活動，不但可以增強我們的團結協作意識，還可以凝聚集體的力量。除此之外，我們還要營造你追我趕，力爭上游的工作氛圍，要充分的信任同事和周圍的人。競爭是保持團隊銳氣的必要條件，是促使我們在學習上更刻苦、工作上更努力、作風上更頑強，從而加快完善自我的步伐。信任別人本身就是一種美德，在與同事相處的時候，一定要給予充分的信任，同事的一句話，有時可使你跳出原來框架的束縛而變得豁然開朗，從而使問題迎刃而解。
同心山成玉，協力土變金。開創未來，需要一種克難攻堅的精神，更需要一種團結協作的合力。任何一個單位，如果是組織渙散、人心浮動，人人自行其是、集體一盤散沙，那又何來生機與活力?何談干事與創業?何有形象與成績?那么同志們，讓我們從現在開始，為推動單位的業績而團結友善，為開創自己美好的未來而奮力拼搏吧!
