本書中給我印象很深的一個章節(jié)是《合作溝通——信息時代的成功之道》。章節(jié)中主要講的'是團隊合作。讀完后，我十分深刻地意識到團隊合作的重要性。團隊合作最注重的就是互相的交流及表達，團員之間只有分享相互的信息和資源、用心合作、取長補短，才能構成最大的合力。蘋果公司的“負面”默契就是一個很深刻的負面教材。我反思自我，周圍之間的同學就是一個團隊，我是否與同學構成學習的默契呢?我是否能很好的取人之長，補己之短呢?......我是在一遍遍追問自己的過程中讀完的。這一節(jié)中講述了BillGates的團隊精神，他領導一個團隊的方法。溝通是團隊合作成功的基礎，有效溝通的四個秘訣：1、悉心傾聽;2、大方用心;3、直截了當;4、不一樣意的藝術。委婉拒絕的方法對我很受啟發(fā)。
由于離開微軟，加入了Google，李開復博士在書的最后說到：“一切事實在下一年都會公諸于世。我做的事，沒有違背這本書里的原則，經(jīng)得起時刻的考驗。”
