記得在我上小學一年級的時候，那是下著大雨的傍晚。當時我和媽媽走到樓下時，我踩到了一個鼓鼓的東西，出于好奇心我把它撿起來一看，原來是個錢包。里面有身份證、飯卡、銀行卡等等。錢包應該放錢的可是卻沒有。于是我聯想到媽媽曾經被可惡的小偷偷過包，就是把錢拿走后丟在了路邊，也是被好心的人送到了派出所。想到當時媽媽著急和氣憤的樣子(錢丟了可以再賺，可里面還有存折、鑰匙、身份證等等)，我的.腦袋里好像也看到了失主著急的樣子。于是我不容分說地決定和媽媽把它送到派出所。這時媽媽聽到我的見意后表示非常贊成，便迫不及待地冒著大雨走到派出所。警察叔叔對我們進行了簡單的詢問和記錄，表示一定盡快找到失主。
幾天后派出所果真傳來了好消息，根據身份證的信息找到了失主，我十分高興。原來失主是礦業大學的大二學生。失主在電話里對我說：“剛從河南老家回徐上學，回到學校才發現錢包沒有了，正為這事心煩呢!丟了身份證要到老家重新辦理，即耽誤上課又要破費。飯卡丟了也不能在食堂吃飯，這幾天都是借同學的錢渡過的。最重要的是銀行卡存著這學期的零用錢和學雜費，可沒身份證又無法補辦銀行卡。真把我急得像熱鍋上的螞蟻。當派出所通知我時，我真的非常激動。真是太感謝你了小朋友!”我聽完大姐姐的話后也特別高興，并且告訴大姐姐安心學習吧!
