The National Day holiday is one of the most important holidays in China. During this holiday, I went to my grandparents’ house in the countryside.
I spent most of my time playing with my grandparents’ chickens and other animals, and helping them with their daily chores. I also went on a hike in the mountains with my cousins. The air was fresh and the scenery was beautiful.
On National Day, my family also went to see a local parade. We watched as people danced, played instruments, and walked in colorful costumes. It was a festive atmosphere and I had a great time.
