我覺得今年暑假過的非常有意義，每天除了學(xué)習(xí)計(jì)算機(jī)以外還嘗試了新的有氧運(yùn)動(dòng)-yoga，我非常熱愛這項(xiàng)運(yùn)動(dòng)，它讓我學(xué)會(huì)了樂觀的面對(duì)生活，還糾正了我的不良體形，對(duì)我今后的`學(xué)習(xí)及生活都有很大的幫助，我愛yoga，希望有更多的人和我一起嘗試這項(xiàng)新的運(yùn)動(dòng)。
