今天是10月28日，是西方國家的萬圣節，也就是鬼節。在這個節日里，人們都要打扮成各種樣子，有扮成鬼的、有扮成公主的、有扮成牛魔王的、還有扮成小巫女的，等等。就是通過慶�；顒域屪吖砉�、保佑平安的。每當萬圣節前夕（萬圣夜）來到時，小孩們都要穿上花花綠綠的衣服，戴上形態怪異的面具去挨家挨戶換糖果，還要說：“不給糖果就搗亂！”下面就是我參加一次萬圣節活動的故事，請大家趕快豎起耳朵聽我講講吧！
早知道英語學校今天有萬圣節活動，我和媽媽商量了好久，決定打扮成了小公主來參加活動。一進瑞思英語的大門，哎呀，變樣了！墻貼上了可怕的蜘蛛網、黑黑的樹枝，桌子上當然還有南瓜燈，這些都是萬圣節的標志。過道里，小朋友們都打扮成了不同樣子，我都認不出來啦！進了我的教室，也都變樣了！教室的門上被紙貼黑了，在黑紙上，還貼著幾只蝙蝠。原來貼的“a、b、c”不見了，變成了南瓜燈。天花板上掛各種各樣的'南瓜燈模型�？磥恚f圣節活動的準備工作已經好了。
今年的萬圣節活動是一組游戲，就是要到不同的教室去闖關，我們組是第一個闖關的。聽了老師的安排，我心里砰砰直跳，心想：會不會又向去年一樣，教室里藏了一個“鬼”出來嚇唬人。心里正在忐忑不安時，老師宣布了闖關游戲規則。第1個教室是投硬幣！誰投進去了一個硬幣，誰就得一顆糖果。第2個教室是搶椅子；第3個教室是猜猜看，具體是“小組長描繪一個物品，組員來猜是什么”；第4個教室是老師來說單詞，小朋友來找出單詞，然后再把單詞背后的糖果取出來；第5個是做手工。我們整個上午都在瘋玩。

UP國際少兒英語的老師給我們上了一堂生動有趣的.英語課。教室里，“黑蜘蛛”爬在墻上，各種南瓜燈和“妖魔鬼怪”的可怕面具一列排開。老師把燈光熄掉，給我們看了有關萬圣節來歷的影片，我們學會了好多英語單詞。
兩個萬圣節的傳統游戲更是讓我們感受到了這個西方節日的趣味。Trick or Treat“不給糖吃就搗亂”：我們兩人一組去敲“主人”家的門，嘴里說著“Trick or Treat”，“主人”熱情地邊說“You are welcome”邊從南瓜帽中掏出幾顆糖果給我們吃。
另一個叫作Apple bobbing“咬蘋果”，游戲的規則是要咬到蘋果但不能用手幫忙。工作人員用筷子插在蘋果中間，再懸掛在繩子上。同學們五個一組，分別站著去咬蘋果，一個個伸直脖子漲紅了臉。我也躍躍欲試，終于輪到我啦，隨著老師的口令“one、two、three，go！”我使勁向掛在面前的蘋果咬去，嘴巴剛碰到蘋果，蘋果就滑開了。我不服氣地繼續去咬，可蘋果卻不停地溜走，我無奈地撓撓臉，還沒想到辦法游戲就結束了。

Days and days past, I’m not a child any longer. But I still remember that Halloween, 31st October 20xx. That was Saturday. I went to study English with an American girl named Debby as usual.
We had 5 students altogether. Before that week, Debby had already told us to learn something about Halloween ourselves. On that day, Debby spent an hour describing this American festival for us, such as “trick or cheat”, pumpkin and even, she took a pumpkin with her. First she took out a finished pumpkin lantern.
That was really beautiful and ugly, we liked it so much. Then she taught us how to make a pumpkin lantern by ourselves. We each held a small knife, learnt to cut and draw something on that pumpkin. Finally, we made it and put a short candle into it. That was truly happy. And the most surprising thing was that the lantern was a present for that day’s super student. Who will that be? My god! That was me!
Do you know how excited I was then? I held it, jumping and shouting. That was the most unforgettable day to me. And I will not forget it, never!
