近年來(lái)，人們學(xué)會(huì)了理財(cái)，寫(xiě)字，樂(lè)器，讀書(shū)，可是卻又不知怎樣利用，掙到了錢，卻進(jìn)了監(jiān)獄;會(huì)寫(xiě)了字，就用它寫(xiě)來(lái)罵人;會(huì)彈樂(lè)器，卻故意制造噪音;滿腹才華，又不知怎樣交流。大人們不但給自己壓力，還給孩子壓力，他們請(qǐng)家教，去補(bǔ)習(xí)班，從不感受自己孩子如何想，還心安理得的說(shuō)：“這都是為你好，分?jǐn)?shù)上不去怎么辦!”幾乎所有大人都是這樣，平時(shí)，你遇到某個(gè)親朋好友，說(shuō)不定第一句話就是：最近你的成績(jī)好不好呀?學(xué)習(xí)還順利吧?其實(shí)，學(xué)的東西能利用到該用的地方，那么就是學(xué)會(huì)了、學(xué)懂了，成績(jī)才會(huì)提高。我生活在一個(gè)幸福的家庭，我考差了，說(shuō)聲奮斗!我考好了，說(shuō)聲真棒!從沒(méi)有“罰獎(jiǎng)分明”、“黃金棍下出好人”，只有這樣，才會(huì)有學(xué)習(xí)的.動(dòng)力。
在老師這個(gè)方面，也在不斷的給學(xué)生壓力。比如：老師為了上好三個(gè)主科，罷占其它課程，同學(xué)們愛(ài)上的體育課、科學(xué)課和音樂(lè)課上不了，精神也得不到放松，自然就上不好其它主科，也就學(xué)得一踏糊涂了。學(xué)得差，老師不知其因，就越要抓緊，學(xué)生就會(huì)更差。我的這個(gè)班就是這樣，我們本是最乖的一群學(xué)生，由于老師經(jīng)常占課，大部分同學(xué)都抗議了，竟會(huì)罵課了，老師卻只是不理解的說(shuō)：“不想上課的出去。”誰(shuí)敢啊?只要一出去，就會(huì)打電話請(qǐng)家長(zhǎng)，同學(xué)們都心知肚明，只得忍受“權(quán)利的壓迫”。因此，我們班經(jīng)常得倒數(shù)第一。
生活中，不管有沒(méi)有壓力，我們也應(yīng)該給自己創(chuàng)造動(dòng)力，為自己贏得一片藍(lán)藍(lán)的天空!

嚴(yán)格安排好每天的學(xué)習(xí)時(shí)間。我從早上7點(diǎn)鐘起來(lái)到7點(diǎn)20分是用來(lái)刷牙、洗臉、扎頭發(fā)的時(shí)間。7點(diǎn)25分到7點(diǎn)40分是用來(lái)一邊吃早餐一邊聽(tīng)koko的時(shí)間。到學(xué)校上課時(shí)就高注意力集中聽(tīng)課，跟著老師的思路走，絕對(duì)不能放過(guò)老師講的任何一個(gè)重點(diǎn)知識(shí)。下課后就趕緊準(zhǔn)備下一節(jié)課的課本和備品，除了上洗手間和還有喝水，其余時(shí)間全部用來(lái)預(yù)習(xí)下節(jié)課要上的內(nèi)容。一節(jié)下課有10分鐘，除去要上洗手間還有喝水的時(shí)間，還剩5分鐘，那么這樣算的話，一天就有35分鐘的時(shí)間可以預(yù)習(xí)課文。下午放學(xué)后早早回家，不看電視不玩電腦，直接拿出作業(yè)來(lái)寫(xiě)。要睡覺(jué)前的10分鐘用來(lái)閱讀課外書(shū)，這能提高我們的課外知識(shí)。
每逢周假日的早上，就是我寫(xiě)作業(yè)、學(xué)習(xí)的時(shí)間。剩下的就是我自己安排的時(shí)間了，比如說(shuō)去書(shū)店看看書(shū)，跟同學(xué)、朋友聊聊天，這樣，勞逸結(jié)合的周末過(guò)得有滋有味。
當(dāng)然，好習(xí)慣不是一天兩天就能養(yǎng)成的，必須堅(jiān)持長(zhǎng)時(shí)間的努力，好習(xí)慣就會(huì)像生物鐘一樣養(yǎng)成了。
