煩惱英語作文【篇一】

多看綠色的植物,少看電視,看電視時眼睛與電視機的距離要恰當,不能過近。看電視的時間也要控制好,不要讓眼睛長時間處于疲勞狀態。
平時的飲食除了保證營養的均衡外,還要多吃些含有維他命的食物,這有助于防治近視。含有蛋白質的食物能起到及時調節眼睛肌肉緊張程度的功能,多吃富含蛋白質的食物,也能保護視力。
熬夜也會影響視力,所以我們要做到睡眠充足。如果有眼睛疲勞的癥狀,也可以用茶水或鹽水代替眼藥水來清洗眼睛。其實保護視力的方法有很多,就看大家是否是個有心人,只要我們勤學習,常時間,勤鍛煉,我們的心靈之窗——眼睛一定會更清澈純凈。
