要做一個會學(xué)習(xí)的人，要有學(xué)習(xí)的反思精神。
我時常想到《論語》中的一段話：魯哀公問孔子，你的學(xué)生中誰最好學(xué)?孔子回答說顏回最好學(xué)，那么顏回的好學(xué)表現(xiàn)在哪里呢?六個字：不遷怒，不貳過。
不遷怒，就是正視自己學(xué)習(xí)中的問題，不要簡單地怪父母、怪老師、怪同學(xué)、怪外部環(huán)境、怪客觀因素，要學(xué)會正確歸因。不貳過，就是要避免犯同樣的錯誤，人難免會犯錯誤，犯錯誤并不可怕，可怕的犯同樣的錯誤。不遷怒，不貳過是好學(xué)的表現(xiàn)，更是反思的最佳策略。
要做一個會學(xué)習(xí)的人，還要有健康的學(xué)習(xí)方式。
經(jīng)濟學(xué)家茅于軾在《中國人的道德前景》一書中批評有些人“用損害良心的辦法賺錢，用損害健康的方法花錢”。這句話改造一下，也適用于批評現(xiàn)在學(xué)習(xí)中的一些不良傾向：用損害良心的辦法考試，用損害健康的方法學(xué)習(xí)。
正因為如此，我們特別需要提倡健康的學(xué)習(xí)方式。
健康的學(xué)習(xí)方式應(yīng)該是真實的、誠信的。
健康的學(xué)習(xí)方式應(yīng)該是自然的，不僅有利于身體，而且有利于心靈。
健康的學(xué)習(xí)方式應(yīng)該是可持續(xù)發(fā)展的，不僅有利于現(xiàn)在，而且有利于將來。
健康的學(xué)習(xí)方式希望每一個同學(xué)既能勇敢地面對考試，又能勇敢地超越考試，應(yīng)該像飯桌上最厲害的食客那樣能夠“嘴巴里吃一塊，筷子上夾一塊，眼睛里還盯一塊”，如果說嘴巴里吃的一塊是“高中”，那么希望每一個同學(xué)筷子上夾的一塊是“大學(xué)”，眼睛里盯的一塊是“人的一生”。
