客家地區(qū)的月餅，除普通月餅外，有“五仁月餅”，還有一種用糯米粉加糖壓制成大小不一的圓形糕。雖社會經濟不斷進步，但客家人始終繼承傳統(tǒng)飲食文化又在發(fā)展民間飲食文化，而中原遺風始終不變。
