　　記得20年11月23日，澳大利亞墨爾本世界體操錦標賽上，程菲成功地完成了國際體操聯合會以她命名為“程菲跳”。它最大的意義，并不在于許多個“第一”，而在于它重塑了中國女子體操的形象，讓世界重新認識了中國女子體操，為祖國爭得了榮譽。

　　這說明我們有許多的局限：

　　現在我們應該弘揚五四精神，肩負歷史使命，就是要樹立理想，立志報國，獻身于改革開放和現代化建設偉大事業，自覺地把自己的人生追求同祖國和民族的命運前途聯系起來，在服務祖國服務人民的實踐中發揮自己的聰明才智;就是要深入群眾，投身實踐，了解國情，經受鍛煉，增長才干，開拓視野;就是要勤奮學習，善于創造，刻苦學習馬克思主義基本理論，用人類創造的優秀文明成果武裝自己，提高創新能力，勇于創新實踐，樹立正確的世界觀、人生觀、價值觀，提高自身素質，完美人格品質，努力做中華民族美德的傳承者，做體現時代進步要求新道德規范的實踐者，做新型人際關系和良好社會風尚的倡導者，就是要腳踏實地，艱苦奮斗，深刻認識我國的基本國情，繼承和發揚優良傳統。

　　現在的我們作為一名學生，就應該做到刻苦學習，做一個學生應該做的。青年人是朝氣蓬勃的正如初升的太陽，我們學習多方面的知識，不論自己在什么崗位工作，都應做好自己的工作，盡職盡責，才能不辱時代所賦予是使命。

　　五四青年運動所取得的.輝煌勝利和愛國精神永不磨滅。弘揚偉大的五四精神，我們就要做出實際行動，用知識財富來武裝自己是我們義不容辭是責任。國家十分關心青少年的成長和事業發展。

　　所有的朋友們，讓我們在黨的領導下，高舉愛國主義偉大旗幟，勤奮工作、刻苦學習，努力進取，讓中華人民共和國成為更強大的國家。
