　　一、教材分析

　　Module 8 Book 5 的主題是“School”，“ Unit 1 What time does school start?”的語(yǔ)言功能是描述學(xué)校生活；學(xué)習(xí)任務(wù)為“What time does school start? What time do you get up?”

　　二、學(xué)情分析

　　本課的教學(xué)對(duì)象是五年級(jí)學(xué)生，他們已經(jīng)掌握了一定的英語(yǔ)詞匯，具有一定的英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)的積極性與主動(dòng)性，具備了一定的英語(yǔ)語(yǔ)言運(yùn)用能力，求知欲增強(qiáng)。因此，在新知識(shí)傳授的同時(shí)，教師要盡可能多的為學(xué)生創(chuàng)造良好的語(yǔ)言環(huán)境，給學(xué)生充足的語(yǔ)言“習(xí)得”機(jī)會(huì)，讓學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)中積極參與、大膽發(fā)言，從而形成積極的情感態(tài)度和自主學(xué)習(xí)的能力。

　　三、教學(xué)目標(biāo)

　　（一）知識(shí)目標(biāo)

　　1、能聽(tīng)懂、會(huì)說(shuō)并認(rèn)讀下列單詞：exercise, before, playground, skip, coffee, tea.

　　2、能聽(tīng)懂、會(huì)說(shuō)并認(rèn)讀下列句子：What time does school start? My school starts at 9 o’clock. What time do you get up? I get up at half past seven.

　　（二）能力目標(biāo)

　　能口頭運(yùn)用“What time does school start?”這類語(yǔ)句詢問(wèn)發(fā)生的時(shí)

　　間，并能口頭運(yùn)用“My school starts at 9 o’clock.”這類語(yǔ)句回答。

　　（三）情感目標(biāo)

　　為學(xué)生創(chuàng)設(shè)輕松、愉悅、和諧的英語(yǔ)課堂學(xué)習(xí)氛圍，使學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)中敢于開(kāi)口說(shuō)英語(yǔ)，并了解西方小學(xué)學(xué)校日常生活習(xí)慣，從而對(duì)英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)產(chǎn)生更為濃厚的興趣。

　　四、教學(xué)要點(diǎn)分析

　　（一）教學(xué)重點(diǎn)

　　1．單詞：exercise, before, playground, skip, coffee, tea 的認(rèn)讀。

　　2．運(yùn)用“What time … ?”來(lái)詢問(wèn)事情發(fā)生的時(shí)間。

　　（二）教學(xué)難點(diǎn)

　　能夠在真實(shí)的語(yǔ)境中正確運(yùn)用“What time … ?”詢問(wèn)事情發(fā)生的時(shí)間。

　　五、教學(xué)準(zhǔn)備

　　多媒體課件、錄音機(jī)、磁帶、單詞卡片、跳繩。

　　六、教學(xué)過(guò)程

　　Step 1 Warming-up

　　1. Chant:《I like coffee, I like tea.》(第二冊(cè)中M3 U2 4)

　　教師一手拿coffee 一手拿tea的英語(yǔ)單詞卡片示意學(xué)生一起拍手說(shuō)Chant，并教授單詞：coffee, tea。（教授單詞時(shí)盡量提供一些學(xué)過(guò)的'詞匯，鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生自己讀出來(lái)，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的拼讀能力。）

　　Step 2 Presentation

　　1. Leading-in.

　　(1)課件出示學(xué)校的圖片介紹說(shuō)：This is our school. Do you read a book in your classroom?

　　(2)課件出示學(xué)校學(xué)生跳繩和做操的照片

　　T: What are they doing? They are skipping. Do you skip in the playground?

　　They are doing morning exercises.

　　(3)課件出示學(xué)校作息時(shí)間表引出句型：What time does our

　　school start? 及回答：My school starts at eight o’clock.

　　T：We know the school life in China, how about the children in England? Today，let’s go and visit their school with Amy.

　　【設(shè)計(jì)意圖】出示自己學(xué)校的照片，學(xué)生感覺(jué)熟悉，同時(shí)滲透playground，skipping，exercise的單詞的教學(xué)，為下邊的教學(xué)活動(dòng)做好相關(guān)鋪墊。通過(guò)介紹自己的學(xué)校引出Amy的學(xué)校生活是什么樣的？與我們的學(xué)校有什么不同?

　　2. Text.

　　（1）Listen to the tape.

　　T: Our school starts at 8:00. What time does Amy’s school

　　start? Do you know? Let’s listen to the tape and answer the question:

　　What time does Amy’s school start?

　　【設(shè)計(jì)意圖】由學(xué)校生活自然要談到幾點(diǎn)上課的問(wèn)題，學(xué)生對(duì)此問(wèn)題的提出不會(huì)感到唐突。由教師對(duì)Our school starts at 8:00.的講解，孩子們也一定急于知道英國(guó)學(xué)生的上課時(shí)間，從而初步感知課文內(nèi)容，了解課文大意。

　　（2）Listen to the tape again.

　　T: I get up at 5:30. What time do you get up?

　　T: You get up at … And you go to school by schoolbus or walk to school and so on. How about Amy? Let’s listen again and answer the following questions:

　　① What time does Amy go to school?

　　② How does Amy go to school?

　　A. She walks to school. B. She goes to school by schoolbus.

　　【設(shè)計(jì)意圖】由于中西方孩子上學(xué)時(shí)間的不同，學(xué)生起床時(shí)間的早晚必然不同。通過(guò)對(duì)問(wèn)題的回答，讓學(xué)生對(duì)中西方學(xué)校生活的差異有更深的了解。

　　（3）Look and say.

　　課件出示get up/watch TV/go to bed/have English/read a book/go to school的圖片讓學(xué)生進(jìn)行交流。

　　A: What time do you get up?

　　B: I get up at

　　詢問(wèn)小伙伴的起床時(shí)間、上學(xué)時(shí)間等。
