　　通過教學，我發現絕大部分孩子對英語很不重視。（包括與個別家長的交流中，發現很多家長也未重視）相當一部分的孩子英語基礎打得很不牢，個別的孩子甚至拼讀、書寫、背誦等學習英語的好習慣還沒有很好的養成，需要從頭開始。但是，孩子們上課時的專注同時也讓我感到欣喜。認真的孩子一定能把英語學好！

　　首先這里重點說說孩子學習英語普遍遇到的困難。

　　1、缺乏足夠的語言環境：課時少（每周2節），平常接觸少，運用少；

　　2、教材難度大，內容多，要求也上了幾個臺階，學生越掌握不好，越對英語學習失去興趣與信心。

　　3、英語是一種語言的學習，必須堅持不懈，循序漸進，一旦底子沒有打好或因轉學等原因以前沒有學過，教材不同等，學生就會對英語失去信心，差距也就越來越大。

　　4、學生缺乏學習的自覺性。許多的學生不自覺的完成作業，而我們英語老師任教的班太多，三個年級，六個班，學生太多（300個左右），工作量大，而學生兩級分化明顯，對于眾多底子薄弱的并缺乏學習自覺性的學生，無論從時間上還是精力上說，我都感覺力不從心。所以，英語相對于語文、數學要難得多。這也就是有些學生語數都好惟獨英語不好的原因。

　　但我堅信：如果您的孩子在您的支持配合和老師的指導下能夠認真地上好每堂課，并及時完成我布置的任務，那么一定能很大的進步。要教導您的孩子一開始就要有吃苦耐勞的精神。堅持嚴謹的學習作風，成績馬上就會見效。

　　我的要求學生要做到的是：

　　1、我要求學生每天認真聽讀磁帶半小時，要看書讀，邊聽、邊看、邊指，邊讀，不僅要能聽懂會說，而且一定要能認讀。并要求熟讀課文和背誦課文。請家長監督并在英語書后簽字。每周進行檢查。但目前為止，仍有部分學生沒有聽讀簽字。面對六個班，我根本無法做到天天找他們，惟有請家長督促，一定要堅持完成。還沒有為孩子買英語磁帶的，請盡快購買。

　　2、以前底子沒打好，或因轉學等原因以前沒有學過，教材不同等的學生，家長必須想辦法給他們補起來。請家庭教師、報學習班都行，千萬不能讓他們掉隊。事實上，請家庭教師一對一地進行補習，效果是很好的。現在才二年級，要趕上來還是很容易的。只要家長與孩子重視，一定能趕上來。

　　3、如果可能，請家長盡量送孩子去參加英語課外學習班，以彌補學校英語課時嚴重不足，學生接觸時間太少對孩子學習的影響。

　　4、盡量為孩子多創造學習英語的機會，多看有關英語的少兒節目、動畫片、課外書籍等。

　　本冊英語的教學是重點系統學習英語字母和一些歌謠，同時學習如何表達學校的課程，如何表達時間以及日常活動，以及不同季節、天氣的表達。

　　具體的教學要求是：

　　1、要求能聽懂會說并認讀每課的重點句子及重點單詞。重點單詞在書后的單詞表中。重點句型我在課堂上會強調并要求打記。

　　2、本期的教學重點是掌握26個英文字母，要求能正確的書寫，能按字母表的順序背誦，能快速的認讀，能正確的聽寫與默寫。因為字母是基礎，一定要掌握好，否則會影響以后英語的學習。每個模塊會學習認讀與書寫三個字母，請家長為孩子準備一個英語練習本，每學完三個字母就要求孩子抄寫一至兩頁，要求嚴格按照書上的格式書寫。請家長對照要求孩子。

　　學好英語最難也是最重要的就是多聽、多讀和多寫，這個習慣很難在短時間內培養好，請一定要有耐心，任何時候相信您的孩子是最棒的，并一定能學好英語，請多多鼓勵您的孩子！

　　大家上午好！很高興能夠參加這次研討會，感謝教研室領導為我們提供這次與各位老師學習交流的機會。下面就由我代表建陵中學高一備課組簡要匯報一下教學情況。

　　為了響應市縣教研室新課改的號召，我們將先進的教學理論與我校實際情況相結合，探索并創建了有建陵特色的“先學后教、以學定教、因材施教、為學而教”的學科點題對應的教學模式。這種教學充分體現了教師的引領作用和學生的主體作用，使課堂教學發揮了最大效益。點題對應是以導學案為載體，以導學為方法的教學活動。其主要教學策略在于提高每個學生的學習積極性和主動性，進而培養學生自主學習能力，提高課堂教學效益。

　　我們導學案的編制遵循以下原則：

　　①圍繞教學目標，緊扣教材，從整體上體現教材的知識結構和知識間的內在聯系。

　　②有啟發性，對教材中學生難以理解的內容作適當的提示，引導學生自主學習。

　　③問題設計應有層次性，梯度性，根據學生對問題的認識逐漸加深，做到循序漸進。我們還采取了“師生共用導學案”的方式，將教師的教案與學生的學案合二為一，教師在備注欄填寫雙邊活動、知識拓展，學生則進行重點筆記或改錯;教師在“課后記”處填寫課堂教學反思，學生則記錄本節課的學習體會。

　　我們導學案編制的一般過程是：

　　1。教師編寫導學案，提出自學要求。導學案由備課組進行分工，學期初明確每一單元的主備人，所有備課都要經歷這樣一個三步曲才能走進課堂：第一步，個人研究教材、教法;第二步，在組內說課、進行集備，主備人編寫導學案;第三步，個人根據教學風格、學生特點補充修改教學案。上完課之后，我們還要及時進行總結、反思、修正。這種做法將集體備課、提前備課落到了實處，有力地促進了學科教學水平的整體提高。

　　2。學生自學教材，完成學案中的有關問題。這是學案導學的核心部分。在學生自學過程中教師要做到以下幾點：第一，要指導學生自學的方法。如告訴學生學案中哪些內容只要略讀教材就能掌握，那些內容應注意知識前后聯系才能解決等等，讓學生逐步理解掌握教材。第二，教師應要求學生把預習中有疑問的問題作好記錄，讓學生帶著問題走向課堂。

　　3。討論交流。在學生自學的基礎上，教師組織學生討論學案中的有關問題，對一些簡單，易懂的內容教師只須一帶而過，而教學中的重點，難點問題則應引導學生展開討論交流，形成共識。

　　4。精講釋疑。教師根據教學重點、難點及學生在自學交流過程中遇到的問題，進行重點講解。精講應具有針對性和啟發性，切忌面面俱到，盡量讓學生自主解決疑難問題，以最大限度地發揮學生學習的積極性，培養學生的思維能力。

　　5。練習鞏固。這是導學案的最后一個環節。練習的設計要緊扣本節的教學內容和學生的認知水平，讓學生在無疑――有疑――無疑的過程中，由淺入深，由表入里，由此入彼地掌握知識，增強學習能力。

　　在“點題對應”的課堂教學中，我們學校還借助多媒體這種現代化教學手段，為英語課堂注入了新鮮的活力。多媒體的使用使得老師從多層次、多角度的展現了教學內容，改變了傳統的“一支粉筆加一塊黑板”的單一教學模式，極大的豐富了課堂教學的方式和結構，大大激發了學生學習英語的興趣，使教學內容生動形象、引人入勝。當然，它也加大了老師備課的難度，對教師提出了更高的要求。在使用多媒體技術進行課堂教學的過程中，我們以導學案為載體，把每一單元各個板塊的重點以及講解以課件的形式呈現在學生面前，視覺上改變傳統的板書，而且在多媒體使用中，配以音頻和視頻，調動學生學習興趣，集中學生注意力，提高課堂效率。在具體的課件制作中，我們備課組的全體老師運用集體智慧，出謀劃策，精心制作精美生動的各類課件。總體說來，在課件制作過程中我們既考慮了教學的需要，也考慮了學生的主體作用。通過為學生創設一個充滿情趣的語境，讓學生在寬松的氛圍中視、聽、說并舉，真正感受英語的魅力，使他們學在課堂、樂在課堂！

　　對于文科班的學生來說，最吃力，同時最拉分的兩門學科就是數學和英語，英語在包括中考、高考、研究生考試以及大學英語四、六級考試中都占有很大的分值，特別是初中底子就沒打好的學生學起英語來更是難上加上，經常有學生就跑來跟我哭訴，“老師，我其他科目都很好，就是英語不想學，不知道怎么學，我初中英語課根本沒聽過”，“老師，為什么我昨天剛記得單詞今天就忘光了，單詞該怎么記啊?”的確，英語這門學科需要基礎，不然一篇幾百字的文章全是不認識的單詞，不懂的語法，根本就看不懂，就跟學語文一樣的，字都不認識，怎么學課文呢，那么對于基礎薄弱的學生來說，老師肯定是沒有時間講初中的東西，畢竟要考慮到其他學生，只能說在平時講課的時候講的更基礎些，更細些，更多的是靠學生自己下去花時間，多讀多記多問。記單詞是英語非常重要的一步，也是英語學習的基礎，由于學生基礎有限，要他考130，140分肯定很有難度，那么我們就是目標定在80，90，100分，也就是說我們不搞別的，就抓基礎，所以在記單詞，讀課文方面，我抓的很嚴，單詞必須過關，一遍不行來兩遍，兩遍不行第三遍。而且記單詞的方法我也經常跟他們說，先要會讀然后再去記，今天記來了，第二天第三天在花點時間鞏固一遍。一年下來，從先開始20.30個人不過關，到現在只有3-4個人不過關。

　　在就是英語學習需要耐心，比如有一段時間，一個學生學英語很認真，但考試成績進步不大，他就會灰心喪氣，“老師，為什么我這么努力學英語，成績還是上不去”，我就告訴他，英語是一個慢熱的過程，你只有腳踏實地，慢慢來，才會把他學好。

　　各位家長好，很高興能有這樣一個機會，和大家進行面對面的交流。我是五年級的英語任課教師。下面我就我們英語學習方面說我一些真實的感言：

　　在英語課堂上，大部分學生都能很活躍的回答老師提出的問題，積極跟著老師讀單詞，讀課文。其實這也制造了一種假象，學生認為自己常常被老師提問，認為自己能夠回答老師的問題，于是認為自己的英語學得很不錯，自我感覺特別好。于是下課后在英語上花的時間就少了。其實要學好英語，課上占40%，其余的60%還需要學生在課后不斷的鞏固，加深記憶。在課上老師更多的是教授新知識，當然課上也會有少量的時間鞏固新學的知識。但是這些時間是公共的時間，而不是每個學生私有的時間，所以不可能照顧到每個學生，不可能讓所有學生都達到相同的程度。況且每個學生對新知識得接受能力都是不同的，有的可能當堂就已經有很深的印象，很難忘記，但這肯定是很少的。大部分學生都只能是初步接觸了新知識，要真正接受新知識還要學生在課后多下功夫，不然肯定會和別的同學拉下差距。那么在課后學生到底該怎么做才能把其余的60%補回來呢？學好英語，不外乎就是在聽、說、讀、寫這些方面下功夫。

　　首先說一下聽，每個學生都有和書相配套的磁帶，可是請各位家長檢查一下自己的子女的英語磁帶，有多少學生的磁帶還是和剛發的時候一樣的，根本就沒有聽過。光靠上課聽一點點的磁帶，學生的聽力根本就不能有什么發展。不會聽就不能說，不能說英語就白學了。每上完一次課，我都叫學生回家要跟磁帶讀，可是有多少學生真地做到了呢？所讀的知識已經學過了，跟錄音機讀應該是提高自己的聽力和口語表達能力，要學生盡力地去模仿錄音機里的發音，從而使自己的聽力和口語都提高一個層次。接下來是說，英語學了就是要說，要和別人交流。在課上我會用各種方法來刺激學生，激發他們說英語的積極性，大多數學生也確實做得很好。

　　可是班級里人多，對每個人來說，說的機會就少。所以下課也要說，放學回家也要說。在學校，我鼓勵學生把所學的英語對話運用到生活中去，這樣有更真實的情景，更能讓學生有發揮的余地。

　　There is a very beautiful river in Paris．It is the Seine,it runs across the City,people drink coffee,chat on the bank in the day,at night,they enjoy the beautiful scenery in the boat,songs from the river fly into the Sky made the river more attractive,the Seine is a famous symbol of France;on the west coast of pacific ocean there lies the modern City Shanghai,anot ther river which used to be a very important transportation route runs through the center of the city,people respected and regard it as＂mother＂．It is the＂suzhou river,but l believe that few of you would sit beside it,people will be scattered by the terrible smell of water when walk by．I have to say it is extremely dirty!And we all know that a lot of beautiful rivers in the world also are Sharing the same fate with suzhou river．Who is the devil?I can＇t help asking．

　　Fortunately,the government has control the situation now,we are happy to see some parts of the river has become clean again,and we even can find fish sometime.

　　The unique earth is the only planet full of lives,the water is just like the blood in the active body,protecting water is saving to waste a single drop of water,otherwise,the only drop of water we could keep in the future would be our tear!

　　（一）首先我想講一下這次的期中考試的情況。五年級四個班的情況都差不多（除了6班有點特殊）。（表揚表現好的同學）我們學生主要的失分在兩個方面，一是聽力部分，這是需要我們今后多做多練的，另外一個方面是單詞問題，記得不牢固。第三個方面是閱讀理解，學生做得也不好，因為有些題目不是可以直接從文中找出的，需要他們去分析理解，他們這一方面的能力還有待加強，他們的基礎知識在此次練習中表現尚可。

　　（二）有位教育家曾說過：只有學校教育而沒有家庭教育，或者只有家庭教育而沒有學校教育，都是不完整的教育。所以在英語學習上，我們的家長也起到了很重要的作用，下面我給在座的家長提一些輔導孩子學習英語的建議：

　　（1）聽力方面：讓孩子多聽錄音按照眼前的形式來看，我們的升學考試也一年比一年注重聽力、閱讀等需要綜合能力的部分。像我們五年級的英語，每次考試均要占40分。我每天都會布置聽錄音的作業，希望各位家長能及時檢查您孩子的聽力情況并簽字。

　　（2）作業方面：每天檢查孩子的回家作業是否完成，保證第二天能按時上交。檢查時不要只問一下有沒有做，也請你親自看一看，家長還可以看看單詞有沒有抄錯，題目有沒有做錯之類的。

　　（3）單詞方面：有時我會布置學生回去背誦英語單詞，并自己默寫。這時家長可以在家幫助學生默寫，你可以報中文，讓他默英文。并簽上你的名字（注明默寫），因為有的學生讓他默一遍其實也就是抄一遍交差，一點效果也沒有。

　　（4）預習復習方面：督促孩子預習、復習。這是一項很必要也很重要的任務。所以，家長的首要任務是及時督促孩子復習當天學習的內容，提前預習下一堂課的學習任務。主要形式就是跟錄音機大聲讀英語單詞、句子、對話、短文等。英語和母語不同，沒有學習的氛圍和環境，必須“曲不離口”地反復誦讀，才會記得牢。

　　（三）小升初問題

　　總而言之，家長的重視會讓學生增加信心，提高學生的學習積極性。與其在期末時看到大家都不愿看到的不理想的分數，還不如在平時就多關心孩子學習的過程。還希望家校攜手共同提高孩子們的英語學習水平。我要講的就是這些，謝謝大家。

　　各位家長好，很高興能有這樣一個機會，能和大家進行面對面的交流。我是三年級一、二班的英語任課教師，我姓。今天我想就三年級的英語教學中存在的一些問題與各位家長共同探討，以便更好地幫助孩子學好英語，用好英語，為日后的英語學習打好扎實的基礎。先說說本學期英語學習的內容：

　　1、課本后的單詞表是最基礎的。這就要同學們回家去復習，消化這些單詞。詞匯是三年級考試的重要內容，一定要過關。

　　2、課文中的對話，日常交際用語。不要求每個同學都會背，但是要求熟練，流暢的讀出來，說出來。

　　三年級英語，是小學英語學習中一個重要的起步階段。其實要學好英語，課上占40%，其余的60%還需要學生在課后不斷的鞏固，加深記憶。每個學生對新知識的接受能力是不同的，有的可能在課堂上就已經有了很深的印象，很難忘記，但這樣的孩子畢竟還是少數的。大部分學生都只能是初步了解新知識，要真正接受新知識還需學生在課后多下功夫。所以，在學校我會盡最大的努力進行教學，但課余時間還需要廣大家長大力配合。為了協助孩子更好地學好英語，請家長配合完成以下工作：

　　1、每天檢查孩子的回家作業是否完成，保證第二天能按時上交，同時注意檢查他們的作業訂正情況，保證孩子能及時發現自己的知識漏洞。希望家長能在保證學生已經完成作業及訂正作業的前提下再在作業本上簽名。

　　2、開學以來，有些學生忘記帶作業本，帶英語課本的現象還是時有發生，所以希望家長能每天提醒孩子檢查第二天要帶的作業和課本，養成良好的學習習慣。

　　3、家長與老師經常聯系，可以及時了解孩子在學校的表現，課上是否專心聽講、積極思考，作業是否能及時完成，以便對孩子進行更有針對性的指導。（溝通的方式很多，可以電話聯系，方便的話可以到校聯系，甚至可以通過孩子的作業本簽字溝通）

　　4、讓孩子多聽錄音在少兒英語教學中，首先是加強聽力訓練和說話訓練，然后才是讀寫能力的培養。聽說能力差，用英語進行交際的能力也就差。因此要確保孩子每天至少邊聽錄音，邊跟讀課文15分鐘，要讀出聲音，最好家長在旁監督，會更有效。有時學生可能會認為我已會背了，不需聽磁帶了，這是很不好的習慣，畢竟聽磁帶對學生聽力能力的提高很有幫助。為此，家長一定要配合學校來要求孩子，要創造條件讓孩子多聽純正的錄音，聽幾遍、聽清楚了以后，跟著說，盡量讓孩子模仿錄音中的發音。

　　5、讓孩子大聲說英語家長要每天詢問孩子學習英語的情況，不管當天有無英語課。家長要鼓勵孩子每天大聲地朗讀、對話、問答，大聲說，不害羞，這樣有利于清楚地表達自己，也有利于他人糾正自己的錯誤。另外，還請各位家長在家里督促孩子保質保量地完成英語作業，該讀的讀、該說的說、該寫的寫、該記的記，及時鞏固，養成良好的習慣。

　　父母親的良好榜樣起著很大作用。孩子一般還沒有明確的學習目的，這時，父母親對學習的態度，特別是行為，會極大地影響孩子。千萬不能縱容自己的孩子第一次說英語好難，我學不好；就任由他去。你讓你的孩子知道今天，你花大時間去養成好習慣，明天，你就可以更好。今天，你偷懶了一會，你明天的作業就會更多。累積下來，你就是欠債最多的人。

　　6、要認識英語單詞和句子。一名學生在一次期中考試中，沒有考好。跑來他問我“老師，我都能把課文和單詞背出來，為什么還是沒有考好？”那我就問他，你都認識試卷上的單詞和句子嗎？他說不認識。所以我建議各位家長，要求孩子在讀課文時，必須要看著書讀。

　　My name is Dongqi Yang from china, I am horror to be here today and I am very happy to receive this award. As you can imagine, as international students in Australia, the biggest challenge is English, I remembered that when I come here first time, there is a party in the house of my home stay. During the time, they played jokes and they laughed all the time, do you know how embarrassed that is, everyone laughed except you. So I pretend to understand the joke in another party, I saw everyone laugh and I laugh too in 5 seconds later. My home stay was surprised about that and asked me “do you understand?”, and I answered “no”, “So why do you laugh?” ”because I do not want to be embarrassed”!

　　But as I receive this award today, I want to thank to them, because they encourage me to be involved with the committee rather than staying in at home, play computer and speak Chinese. When I came to Wantirna College first time, I met liz collar who is international student coordinator. She is very kind to me, and she encourage me join SRC, I went to SRC meetings regularly all the time, but I didn’t even know what SRC was! That is the reason why I told her, I don’t want to go to SRC anymore. But she said “why not? You should go and you have to go!”I asked” why?” she said:” because I said so!”

　　But as ii receive this award today, I want to thank her. She helps me a lot. Truth be told, I am not the best student in Wantirna College, but I appreciate this award and I will try my best in future.
